Junior Project Manager

About the Role:

Join a global leader in renewable energy as they scale their latest multi-GW offshore wind portfolio. This role is a strategic pillar in the project’s development phase, requiring a unique blend of technical "on-site" grit and executive-level leadership. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of subsea infrastructure and turbine array integration.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Delivery: Oversee the project lifecycle from final investment decision (FID) through to commissioning.

Quality & Safety: Ensure all offshore operations meet stringent HSE standards without compromising project timelines.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between technical engineering teams, environmental consultants, and government grid authorities.

Scaling Operations: Identify opportunities for cost-efficiency and process improvement as the portfolio expands into new territories.
